The FAQ page contains information about user viewing problems and their associated
"cures." Please read ALL of the FAQ viewing issues on the page. Some
user issues are Flash related, some are QuickTime related, and some are Internet
Explorer related. Most are due to "Automatic Updates" performed by
QuickTime and Internet Explorer.
All of the information we
have available is contained in the FAQ page. This
site receives over 100,000 hits per day without reported "issues." We
assure you, the site is not "down," and nothing has changed on the
site that is related to viewing the signers.
If you are using Internet Explorer 7, there are numerous site viewing issues
connected with using that particular browser. You might consider installing and using Firefox
as your browser (plus, it's Flash
plugin). You can run both IE and Firefox
on the same computer - even at the same time!
